According to Wikipedia, WWE also refers to the professional wrestling promotion itself, it was founded by Jess McMahon and Toots Mondt in 1952 as Capitol Wrestling Corporation Ltd. Today, WWE (Worldwide Wrestling Entertainment) is primarily known for professional wrestling. The Greeks feared that the true essence of the sports would be lost, and so the Greco-Roman wrestling was born. After defeating the Greeks, the Romans borrowed wrestling but eliminated much of the brutality. Greeks developed it to train their soldiers in hand-to-hand combat. WWE fans will probably already know the story behind this game. It has also held a prominent place in the Olympics.
